The patient’s confidential information is then sent directly to a physician via the secure ordering system. While the online consultations are convenient and offer instant access to a physician, they are not intended to serve as a replacement for physically visiting a doctor. Rather, they are designed for patients who seek treatment for common conditions in which a physical exam from a doctor is generally not required.

What occurs after my order is placed?

After the order is placed through the secure online ordering system, it is sent to a licensed physician who analyzes your information and then makes the decision to either accept or reject your request. If the physician accepts the order, a prescription is written and then it is quickly sent to the pharmacy where it will be filled and prepared to be delivered.

What types of medications do you offer customers?

Please refer to the products list at the top of the page for a complete listing of all the medications we offer. Since controlled substances cannot be offered online without a physical examination from a physician, we are unable to sell medications such as Klonopin, Valium, Clonazepam, Lorazepam, Diazepam and Ativan.

Where have your physicians been licensed?

Every physician is licensed to practice within the United States. We only utilize the services of pharmacies and physicians who have met strict licensing requirements.

Is shipping available to P.O. Boxes?

Due to specific regulations, we cannot ship medications to P.O. Boxes.

Must I be present when my order is delivered?

Per our policy, an adult’s signature is required upon delivery.

Will you ship to all states throughout the U.S.?

Governmental regulations do not allow delivery of medications to specific states. To view a full list of the states we will ship to, please consult the order form.

What are your shipping options?

We ship our orders using Federal Express next day delivery.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can only be cancelled if they have not been prepared for shipping or have not yet received approval from a physician. Customers cannot cancel orders that have been approved or are ready for shipping. Can I return my order?

FDA regulations do not allow anyone to return prescription medications. For more information regarding returns, please refer to our terms and conditions section.

Is international shipping available?

Since we only ship to customers located in the United States, we are unable to ship to other countries.
